Special tools for specific applications

Special abrasives: These special abrasives are designed for use in hard-to-reach places such as corners, pipes, small bores, etc. They are used for deburring, surface treatment, and polishing. All geometric shapes in standard grits are available. Nylon fleece surface treatment stars: Used for cleaning and polishing the inner parts of pipes. Felt polishing bodies: Felt bodies mounted on a spindle for polishing hard-to-reach places with polishing pastes. Marbling points: Marbling is a process for creating a decorative finish. The marbling points create a circular pattern. They should only be used at low speed. Using a template is recommended. Pipe belt grinders: Seamless processing of pipes is hardly possible with conventional belt grinders and angle grinders. Only a pipe belt grinder achieves a good result without grinding the pipe into a "polygon" due to its large wrap-around. The grinding direction is maintained from the start and uniform material removal is achieved. A wrap-around angle of at least 180° guarantees efficient and fast working.
